Bubble tea, tea houses, Asian bakeries and dessert shops in this group are usually walk-in, counter-order businesses with a menu board overhead listing sweetness and ice levels you can adjust when ordering. Standard bubble tea customization includes sugar level (0-100%), ice level, and a choice of toppings like boba pearls, pudding or jelly, usually at a small extra charge. Asian bakeries sell items individually with tongs and a tray, cafeteria-style, rather than pre-boxed, and pastries are typically less sweet than Western bakery items. Lines build up quickly after school and in the evening, especially near colleges. Most of these businesses accept cards and mobile pay and skew younger in clientele and atmosphere.

Fresno is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Fresno is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Such beautiful service. The employee was so kind and patient. Offered us a basket of tea to smell and to take out time picking what we wanted. Once she delivered the teas she said if we didn't care for them she'd make us something different. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming. Love that there are games, books and coloring books offered. Definitely coming back and definitely recommend!

came for the ATLA trivia night, ordered the pot of Pandan Jasmine and the charcuterie board. everything was super nice, the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. only thing iβd recommend is giving small plates with the charcuterie board so we could pass the food around easier.

Absolutely love the atmosphere. I went with a go-to for me, which was Oolong tea. But I sampled one of their spring menu choices which was the Gogi lychee tea. And I won't lie compared to other lychee flavored drinks I've had this is probably the best one. And better still it's all natural. If you've ever had real lychee fruit, then you know about the flesh covering the seed in the center. According to one of the workers there it's what they use to make the flavor. An little ole is easy to impress. I also had the kimchi gyozais which were DELICIOUS! The mayo was a nice touch & paired so well with the Black garlic drizzle. π But beyond that the staffs is so nice, like honestly. Hoping to bring a friend next time I come. I think she'll love it! Also p.s. great place to study, they even have coloring books for your brain breaks!

Ordered an iced solo pot ( chamomile with some honey), excited to come back. Matcha tea ceremony looks like it would be a fun date idea. Very cool.

First-time visit β overall a mixed experience. Parking was easy to find on the street, and since it was Sunday, meters were free, a nice bonus. Customer service was wonderful, very friendly and helpful staff upon receiving ordered items. However, there was no introduction upon entry or with regards to the menu. What I ordered: Tea Flight ($15): I chose lavender, chai, and jasmine teas, with honey on the side. You get one free refill, though I didnβt take advantage of it. Caramel Toffee Matcha 16oz cup ($12): Surprisingly delicious β and Iβm not even a fan of matcha! A bit pricy though. Ham & Cheese Bars ($13): Crispy and flavorful. The tater tots were also great, though it was odd that no dipping sauce was provided. The total came out to $45.48 with a $6 tip included. Other notes: Restrooms are available but require a code. The location is inside a building with other businesses, which gives it a cool shared-space vibe. They kindly request that guests limit their visit to 90 minutes, which is something to be aware of.
